Dashboard tour

A walk through the agency dashboard, from Home to API & webhooks, and who on your team can do what.

The dashboard is where your team adds clients, sends links, watches connections and creates API keys. Here is each screen as a sketch, with what it's for.

More than one agency?

One login can belong to several workspaces. Use the switcher at the top of the sidebar to move between them or make a New workspace. Each has its own clients, team, plan and billing.

Home

PartWhat it shows
Clients readyHow many clients are ready out of all of them, split into Ready, Waiting on client and Needs reconnecting. Each opens the client list filtered to it
Follow upClients who still have something to do, broken connections first, with why and Copy link to resend
Get startedAdd a client → send the link → a client connects → create a key → use it. Checks itself off, then disappears. Key steps show only to people who can manage keys

Clients

Sorted so the next job is on top: Needs reconnecting, then Partly connected, then Waiting, then Ready. Search by name or email.

Add client opens the form from the Quickstart. Its service catalog searches names, providers, categories and what a service allows ("Sheets", "invoices", "Slack"), with category chips to narrow it. Coming soon services can't be picked yet.

A client's page

Their Client ID sits under their name, ready to copy into a workflow.

Overview shows where they stand and what to do next, their calls, and their services:

PartWhat it does
ServicesEach one Waiting, Connected or Expired, the account it's connected as, its calls, and when your workflows last used it
DisconnectCancels access with the provider for every service from that sign-in

Link and settings holds the rest:

PartWhat it does
Their linkCopy link, Preview, Email link, and when they first opened it
New linkFor a link sent to the wrong person. The old one stops at once; connections are kept
Their passkeyHow many passkeys open their page, and Help them back in if they lose theirs
DetailsRename, change their email, change which services they're asked for
Remove clientCancels every connection with the providers, deletes the client, stops their link

Connections

Every service of every client on one board, expired first. Rows that aren't connected have Copy link.

API & webhooks

  • API keys. For the n8n node, the HTTPS API or the MCP server, optionally limited to some clients and services. Shown once; Revoke stops it at once. API keys
  • Webhook. An HTTPS address we POST to when a client connects, finishes, removes access or loses access. Signing secret shown once, Send test, and your endpoint's last answer. Webhooks
  • Activity. Keys in use, calls by day, how many failed, and the actions run most.
  • Set up your tool. Steps for n8n, the HTTPS API, MCP agents, Python, Node and Go, filled in with one of your clients so they run as copied.

Call log

Every call your workflows and agents made with your API keys, and how the service answered. How long it's kept depends on your plan.

Team roles

Invite teammates from Team. Their role decides what they see and do:

Billing ManagerView—Manage
AuditorView—View

Everyone who can manage clients gets alerts about clients' connections. Billing managers get the emails about your call allowance. Some plans let you create your own roles.
